Xiangshan Farm Introduction
Xiangshan Farm was established in 1962 and is the only dairy farm operating within Hsinchu City. Originally started by Mr. Zhang out of personal interest, the farm has now evolved with the cooperation of the Zhang siblings. By developing their own methods and referencing domestic and international information and production techniques, they have researched both farming and product production in their own way, adhering to a self-produced and self-marketed approach. From a small-scale farm to now having an open store and convenience stores, they have developed a variety of related dairy products, insisting on quality and spirit, creating a unique brand.
