Located on Jing Tong Old Street, the "Jing Tong Railway Story Museum" is run by He Yuanfu, a railway enthusiast. After negotiating with Taiwan Railways, he opened a charming railway story museum at the last stop of the Pingxi branch line, Jing Tong Station. The museum features a two-story wooden house architecture reminiscent of the 1960s, intentionally creating a strong sense of nostalgia and selling beautiful memories of the past. Here, you can find various products themed around railways and coal mining, including a train carriage-shaped spin toy, Daitong dolls, wooden postcards, and nostalgic train tickets — the perfect souvenirs to prove your visit. The mailbox at the entrance and the large railway staff figurine are must-take photo spots for visitors. The owner has thoughtfully placed a long bench here for everyone to take pictures.
