By chance, after tasting taro grown by an indigenous friend from Hualien, which left a deep impression due to its excellent texture, he was inspired to create a taro cake. Through perseverance and determination, he eventually researched the optimal ratio of moisture to sugar, allowing the cake to maintain its fresh original flavor. This is also the reason why the signature Taro Lava Roll has been popular since 1985 and has earned a great reputation. Xiang Shuai Cake is dedicated to developing tourism in Xizhi, leveraging its long-established brand power and influence in the industry, while also investing in the green energy sector. The building's roof is equipped with an 18kW solar photovoltaic power generation system, integrating Xiang Shuai Cake's taro production with solar energy, making it a practical demonstration area that helps more people understand and join the green energy industry to jointly protect Taiwan's environment!
