This is also the reason why the signature exploding taro roll has been popular since 1985 and has earned a great reputation. Xiangshuai Cake is dedicated to developing local tourism in Xizhi. The roof of its facility is equipped with an 18 kW solar photovoltaic power generation system, integrating Xiangshuai Cake's taro production with solar energy, serving as a practical demonstration field that allows more people to learn about and join the green energy industry, collectively protecting Taiwan's environment!
