Shenkeng Miao Kou Wang Shui Cheng Old Store Introduction
The restaurant was established in the 45th year of the Republic of China. In the early years, it became famous for its tofu, which was a must-try dish for Mr. Chiang Ching-kuo when he visited Shenkeng, and it gained media attention. Later, due to the reconstruction of the old street, it moved from its original location. The second generation now operates the restaurant and has refined the traditional banquet-style cooking of Wang Shuicheng into exquisite snacks, resulting in exciting new ways to enjoy hot pot soup bases. The new location is brightly decorated and clean, incorporating cultural and innovative elements. Many foreign tourists also visit based on online recommendations.
