Dazhuang Haotian Temple Introduction
Dazhuang Haotian Temple covers an area of approximately 800 ping and has a majestic and grand appearance, featuring elegant and ancient aesthetics. Inside, it houses many calligraphy works by modern celebrities and scholars carved into the stone walls. The current structure of Haotian Temple largely retains the traditional framework of "lower stone and upper wood," with decorative arts mainly employing techniques such as carving, masonry, plastic arts, and painting. The existing dragon columns, stone lions, and dragon-tiger pig in the San Chuan Hall not only have beautiful materials but also showcase excellent craftsmanship. Due to its long history and unique architecture, the well-known films "The Village of No Return" and the geographic magazine series "Stories in Taiwan" have both filmed here. Haotian Temple holds large-scale events during important festivals such as the Spring Festival, Farmer's Day, Ghost Festival, and Mid-Autumn Festival, inviting the public to participate.
