National Cheng Kung University Museum Introduction
Completed in 1933, it was originally the administrative center of the Governor-General's Tainan Higher Technical School. It is now the Cheng Da Museum located within the Cheng Kung University campus, making it Taiwan's first university-funded museum. Apart from the K Building, it serves as another important landmark on University Road. The large square in front of the museum was officially named Nanrong Square in 2014, commemorating Mr. Cheng Nan-jung, an important figure in Taiwan's democratic history.
