Taiwan Lu Wei Museum Introduction

Lu Wei may seem simple and easily accessible, but it is the crystallization of the wisdom of our ancestors, a delicacy found in the streets. Why do the eggs dance? Everyone is invited to explore the legends and the history of Lu Wei, and to discover the local specialties of Greater Kaohsiung as well as the myriad charms of Lu Wei. The Taiwan Lu Wei Museum is divided into 5 stations with 17 points, where guests can learn about the history and evolution of Lu Wei, see the technological processes behind it, and enjoy various photo spots. In addition to a variety of delicious dishes for guests, there is also a DIY experience with golden eggs, where you can learn the little stories about eggs and pick up various cooking tips for eggs. It is a great place for family fun.
