Taiwan Braised Food Museum Introduction

Lu Wei, seemingly simple and readily available, is a culmination of the wisdom of our ancestors and a delicacy found in local markets. Why do eggs dance? We invite everyone to explore the origins and evolution of Lu Wei, and to discover the local delicacies of Greater Kaohsiung, along with the myriad charms of Lu Wei. The Taiwan Lu Wei Museum is divided into 5 stations with 17 points, allowing guests to understand the history of Lu Wei and witness the technological processes involved in its preparation. The museum also features multiple photo spots, various specialty dishes for guests to enjoy, and a DIY experience with golden eggs, where visitors can learn the little stories about eggs and pick up tips for cooking them. It is a wonderful place for family gatherings.

Transportation Methods：MRT: Get off at Nankan Mountain Station on the Red Line, take Exit 1 and transfer to bus Red 71A, Red 71B, or Red 73, and get off at "Beilingqian." It takes about a 5-minute walk to reach your destination.
