Taiwan Lu Wei Museum Introduction
Lu Wei, or braised dishes, may seem simple and easily accessible, yet it is a crystallization of ancient wisdom and a delicacy found in local markets. Why do eggs dance? We invite everyone to explore the origins and evolution of Lu Wei, discover the local specialties of Greater Kaohsiung, and appreciate the myriad charms of Lu Wei. The Taiwan Lu Wei Museum is divided into five stations with 17 points, where guests can learn about the history of Lu Wei and see the technological processes involved in its production. The museum also features multiple photo spots and a variety of delicious dishes for guests to enjoy. Additionally, through the golden egg DIY experience, visitors can learn the little stories behind eggs and master various cooking tips for eggs, making it a perfect place for family fun.
