Taiwan Braised Food Museum Introduction
Lu Wei may seem simple and readily available, but it is the crystallization of the wisdom of our ancestors and a human delicacy found in the streets. Why do the eggs dance? We invite everyone to explore the origins and history of Lu Wei, and to get to know the local specialties of Greater Kaohsiung, as well as the myriad charms of Lu Wei. The Taiwan Lu Wei Museum is divided into 5 stations with 17 points, where visitors can learn about the past and present of Lu Wei, see the technological processes behind Lu Wei, and discover multiple photo spots within the museum. In addition to various delicious dishes for visitors to enjoy, there is also a DIY experience with golden eggs that shares little stories about eggs and teaches various cooking tips. It's a great place for family fun.
