Taiwan Braised Food Museum Introduction

Lu Wei (braised delicacies) may seem simple and readily available, but it is the crystallization of the wisdom of our ancestors, a culinary gem found in the streets. Why does the egg dance? We invite everyone to explore the stories and history of Lu Wei, and to get to know the local specialties of Greater Kaohsiung and the myriad charms of Lu Wei. The Taiwan Lu Wei Museum is divided into 5 stations with 17 points, where visitors can learn about the evolution of Lu Wei and see the technological processes involved. The museum also features multiple photo spots and offers a variety of delicious dishes for guests to enjoy. Additionally, through the DIY experience of the Golden Egg, visitors can discover the little stories behind eggs and learn various tips for cooking eggs, making it a great place for family fun.
