Taiwan Lu Wei Museum Introduction
Lu Wei (braised dishes) may seem simple and easily accessible, yet it is a culmination of the wisdom of our ancestors and a delicacy found in everyday life. Why do eggs dance? We invite everyone to explore the origins and evolution of Lu Wei, as well as to understand the local specialties of Greater Kaohsiung and the myriad styles of Lu Wei. The Taiwan Lu Wei Museum is divided into 5 sections with 17 points, where guests can learn about the history and evolution of Lu Wei, see the technological processes involved in its preparation, and enjoy various photo spots throughout the museum. In addition to a variety of delicious dishes available for guests to savor, the museum also offers a DIY experience with golden eggs, allowing visitors to learn about the little stories behind eggs and discover various cooking tips. It is a great place for family fun.
