Taiwan Braised Food Museum Introduction

Lu Wei may seem simple and readily available, but it is the crystallization of the wisdom of our ancestors, a delicacy among the common people. Why does the egg dance? We invite everyone to explore the lore and evolution of Lu Wei, and to get to know the local specialties of Greater Kaohsiung and the myriad charms of Lu Wei. The Taiwan Lu Wei Museum is divided into 5 stations with 17 points, where visitors can learn about the past and present of Lu Wei and witness the technological processes behind it. The museum also features multiple photo spots, a variety of delicious dishes for guests to enjoy, and offers a DIY experience with golden eggs to learn the little stories behind eggs and various tips for cooking them. It is a wonderful place for family fun.

Transportation Methods：MRT: Get off at Nanguangshan Station on the Red Line, take Exit 1 and transfer to bus routes Red 71A, Red 71B, or Red 73, and get off at "Beilingqian." It takes about a 5-minute walk to reach the destination.
