The Blessed Mountain Social Welfare Park, covering an area of 28 acres, is primarily planned to include a social service activity center, a nursing home, and a children's home. It was founded by Taiwan's first Catholic Cardinal, Paul Shan Kuo-hsi, and once completed, it will become an important base for the training of clergy in the Catholic Church in Asia.
