The Blessed Mountain Social Welfare Park, covering an area of 28 acres, is primarily planned to establish a social service activity center, nursing home, and orphanage. It is founded by Taiwan's first Catholic cardinal, Paul Shan Kuo-hsi, and will become an important base for the training of clergy in the Catholic Church in Asia upon completion.
