Feilong Pond Trail Introduction
Located in Xinpu Township, Lianhua Mountain features a winding ancient path that resembles a flying dragon, known as the Lianhua Mountain Ancient Trail, also referred to as the Flying Dragon Hiking Trail. It is a great spot for outdoor activities in the Xinpu area. One of the entrances to the ancient trail is next to the San Sheng Temple, and the path is clearly marked. Along the way, there are towering ancient trees and the sounds of insects and birds, with many sacred trees and twin trees frequently appearing. Among them is a giant tree formed by 10 co-existing trunks, locally named "Lianhua Sacred Tree." This tree requires five people to embrace it, and its roots resemble a lotus seat, giving it its name.
