Xiangshan Natural Trail Introduction
The old trail that connected Xiangshan Village in Tianzhong Township and Sanlun Village in Mingjian Township was used by local residents for transporting and trading daily necessities. It has since become a hiking trail that links Tianzhong Township in Changhua County with Mingjian Township in Nantou. The trail is approximately 0.7 kilometers long. The wooden walkway at the beginning is covered with fallen leaves, making it slippery when walking. Additionally, the wooden walkway and steps are damaged and no longer functional, so hikers must rely on existing ropes to ascend along the cliff. The steps after the steep slope are still usable and there are pavilions and informational signs along the way. Due to the average slope gradient of 30% and the need to pull on ropes while climbing, it is suitable for experienced hikers to explore. Trail length: 0.7 kilometers. Walking time: 0.7 hours. Facilities available: safety signs, trail damage, ropes, pavilions, benches, informational signs.
