Built in 1940, it was an important road to the outside world for Beigang Village in the past. This solid bridge was constructed by the ancestors using the most arduous ancient materials technology, combining brown sugar, hemp, and glutinous rice with concrete, along with hard river stones. It has been officially designated as a county historic site by the Nantou County Government.
