Penghu Guanyin Pavilion Pet Park Introduction
Located within the Guanyinting Coastal Recreation Park, behind the Sailing Training Center and near the Penghu Maritime and Fisheries Vocational School and the coastal parking lot, transportation is very convenient. The county government invested over 2 million TWD to create a special "Dog Paradise" area for pets. The pet park, located in the coastal area, has a wide view and allows for distant views of the cross-sea bridge and Xiyu Island, providing a comfortable and pleasant environment. It offers a proper exclusive space for pet dogs to exercise and play, as well as a place for interaction with other pet dogs. The 0.2-hectare pet activity area is divided into zones for large and small dogs to separate their activity ranges; dogs under 9 kg are considered small breeds, while those above are categorized as large breeds. It is recommended to enter the designated areas according to weight. The activity area includes facilities such as tunnels and small hills, and features secure fencing to prevent pets from getting lost or accidentally entering the roadway. Owners can bring their own balls or frisbees to interact and bond with their dogs, or sit on the nearby stone benches and enjoy the sea view with their pets. The park also has three centralized dog waste bins and provides garbage bags, urging owners to remember to clean up after their dogs to maintain a clean environment, as good facilities require collective upkeep. 【Recommended stay time】 0.5 hours
