Guandu Temple, Taipei Introduction

Guandu Temple in Taipei City has a history of over three hundred years and is dedicated to the Heavenly Mother, Mazu. It is the earliest Mazu temple in northern Taiwan. In addition to worshiping the Heavenly Mother and various deities, visitors can also admire many precious ancient relics and the rich architectural art of the temple. Situated at the intersection of the secondary ridges of Datun and Guanyin mountains, overlooking the confluence of the Tamsui River and Keelung River, the scenic beauty is breathtaking.
