Zhoumei Clam Harbor Park Introduction

At the intersection of the 10-meter green belt extension section of Chengde Road and Fuguo Road, which is an important location for the intersection of the cross-axis green corridor, lies the Zhumai Clam Harbor Park, a wetland park that balances flood retention, recreation, and ecology, covering an area of approximately 30,818 square meters. The park retains the old Shuangxi Riverbanks, serving as a pumping station forebay and providing flood retention space during flood periods, while also functioning as a community leisure wetland park during ordinary days. A shallow area is planned on the east side of the river channel as a grassland wetland area, with complete development leaving minimal human interference, making it a good habitat for terrestrial birds to feed and breed. Visitors can enjoy the grassland wetland ecology of the river channel while taking in the magnificent scenery of Qixing Mountain and the Datun Mountain Range. Park facilities include scenic walking trails, waterside platforms, pedestrian arch bridges, resting pergolas, and walking and sightseeing paths. Source: Parks Walk Through.
