Tianmu Sports Park - Baseball Field Introduction
Taipei Municipal Tianmu Baseball Stadium is located at the intersection of Zhongcheng Road and Shidong Road in Taipei City. Construction began on March 5, 1997, and the stadium was completed and opened on August 15, 1999. On September 21, 2020, artificial turf was installed, making it the first baseball stadium in Taiwan to use artificial turf. It can accommodate 10,000 spectators. The left field is 325 feet, center field is 400 feet, and right field is 325 feet. The stadium is situated at the foot of Yangming Mountain, facing northeast (from home plate towards center field). From the spectator seats directly behind home plate, views of Yangming Mountain, Chinese Culture University, and Datun Mountain can be enjoyed.
