Tianmu Sports Park Baseball Field Introduction
Taipei Municipal Tianmu Baseball Stadium is located at the intersection of Zhongcheng Road and Shidong Road in Taipei City. Construction began on March 5, 1997, and the stadium was completed and opened on August 15, 1999. On September 21, 2020, artificial turf was installed, making it the first baseball stadium in Taiwan to use artificial turf. It has a seating capacity of 10,000 spectators. The dimensions are left field: 325 feet, center field: 400 feet, and right field: 325 feet. The stadium is situated at the foot of Yangmingshan and faces northeast (from home plate towards center field). From the stands directly behind home plate, you can enjoy views of Yangmingshan, National Chung Hsing University, and Datun Mountain. (Source: Taipei City Government Sports Department)
