Shuangxi Park Introduction

Shuangxi Park is named after the confluence of Outer Shuangxi and Inner Shuangxi streams, flowing from north to south and merging in Shilin. It is located at the intersection of Fulin Road and Zhishan Road, making it a necessary stop for those traveling from Shilin to Yangmingshan, the National Palace Museum, and Inner and Outer Shuangxi. Completed in the 63rd year of the Republic of China (1974), the park covers an area of approximately 2 hectares and features a natural landscape garden. The park has a flat, triangular terrain designed in the style of a traditional Chinese garden, showcasing natural scenery. The interconnected pavilions, water pavilions, stone caves, zigzag bridges, and rock waterfalls create a harmonious environment within the park. Shuangxi Park not only exhibits modern beauty but also retains an ancient charm, making it a worthwhile park to visit for tranquility amidst the hustle and bustle.
