Shuangxi Park Introduction
Shuangxi Park is named after the outer Shuangxi and inner Shuangxi rivers flowing from north to south and converging at Shilin. It is located at the intersection of Fulin Road and Zhishan Road, serving as a transit point from Shilin to Yangmingshan, the National Palace Museum, and the inner and outer Shuangxi rivers. Completed in 1974, the park covers an area of approximately 2 hectares and features a natural landscape garden. The terrain is flat and triangular, designed in the style of a Chinese garden, showcasing the beauty of nature. The park's corridors connect various elements such as pavilions, waterfront gazebos, stone caves, zigzag bridges, and artificial waterfalls, blending modern aesthetics with rustic charm, making it a tranquil park worth visiting amidst the bustling city.
