Shuangxi Riverside Bike Path Introduction

The Shuangxi River, originating from Yangmingshan National Park, flows past Soochow University and heads to the north side of the highway, where the riverside green space park extends. The riverside bike path is constructed along both banks, becoming a well-maintained and compact route in Taipei's river cycling network, very close to residential areas. The scenic banks of the Shuangxi River guide busy urban dwellers to find a green tunnel that liberates their tired bodies and minds. The left bank of Shuangxi connects to the bike path on the right bank of Bailing Bridge, where the riverside park on the right bank of Bailing Bridge is a gathering place for rugby enthusiasts and is also frequently visited by football teams for their matches. Cyclists can also join this stretch of green meadow, riding all the way to the Chengde Bridge, with a stop at Taipei's last sandboat dock, "Sanjiao Ferry."
