New Taipei City Surfing Sports Education Park Introduction
The "New Taipei City Surfing Sports Education Park," a collaborative initiative between the New Taipei City Government and the central government, connects the nearby Zhongjiao Bay International Surfing Base, the surfing academy within Zhongjiao Elementary School in Jinshan District, the semi-outdoor land surfing practice venue, and the outdoor multifunctional practice area at Jinshan High School. It is the first surfing base in Taiwan that focuses on educational characteristics, extreme sports, local culture, and new elements of tourism. It not only brings a fresh sporting experience to local tourism but also adds a new highlight to the Youth Mountain-Sea Line! Among them, the surfing academy at Zhongjiao Elementary School is the first surfing demonstration school in New Taipei City, which also trains and nurtures surfing athletes and establishes a three-tier training system for elementary, junior high, and high school levels at Jinshan High School. The summer camp activities launched every summer are the best choice for citizens and families with children to cool off, often selling out quickly, allowing people of all ages to experience surfing and SUP (Stand Up Paddleboarding) through both water and land teaching experiences, enjoying a colorful and safe recreational experience in the waters.
