Huangqing Bridge Introduction
Huangqing Bridge in Jinshan District, New Taipei City, is known locally as "Waves Avenue" due to its long and straight road with ups and downs. Huangqing Road is the most vibrant road in Jinshan, with slopes that resemble dancing, and it is one of the key sections of the Wanjinshih Marathon. Along the way, visitors can explore the natural eco-friendly Xiaohe Base in Jinshan Qingshui Agricultural Land, along with the stunning beauty of the blooming lotus flowers. Unique Jinshan scenery can be seen along Qingshui Agricultural Land, Huangqing Bridge, and National Route 2 at 40.5 km, where the blooming peony lotus and the faint fragrance of lotus can be experienced. The petals of the peony lotus range from dozens to hundreds, and its large flowers resemble peonies, which is why it is named "peony lotus." The flowering period for Jinshan's peony lotus is approximately from mid-June to August each year. Visitors looking to enjoy the lotus flowers are advised to seize the blooming period. Those wanting to appreciate the lotus or purchase related products such as lotus flowers and lotus seeds are recommended to visit in the morning, as lotus flowers usually bloom early, and the morning dew enhances their beauty, making photography even more stunning.
