Huangqing Bridge Introduction
In the Jinshan District of New Taipei City, the Huangqing Bridge is known for its straight and long road, with undulating terrain that local residents refer to as "Waves Avenue." Huangqing Road is the most vibrant road in Jinshan, characterized by slopes that sway like a dance. It is also one of the key segments of the Wanjinshih Marathon. Along the way, visitors pass through the Jinshan Qingshui farmland, a friendly ecological area featuring the charming Little Crane Base, as well as the breathtaking beauty of the blooming Peony Lotus flowers. In the Jinshan District, particularly within the Qingshui farmland, near Huangqing Bridge and along Provincial Highway 2 (40.5 km), one can see the blooming Peony Lotus flowers and enjoy their delicate fragrance. The petals of the Peony Lotus vary from several dozen to over a hundred, and due to their large size resembling peonies, they are named Peony Lotus. The blooming period for Peony Lotus in Jinshan typically occurs from mid-June to August each year. Visitors who wish to appreciate the flowers are encouraged to seize the blooming period. It is recommended to visit in the morning to enjoy the best views of the lotus flowers, as they usually bloom in the early hours, combined with the morning dew, making for a more stunning photograph.
