Huangqing Road is the most vibrant road in Jinshan, with slopes that feel as if they're dancing, and it is also one of the key sections of the Wanjin Stone Marathon. Along the way, you’ll pass through Jinshan Qing Shui Agricultural Land, exploring the eco-friendly Xiaoke Base and the beautiful blooming of the peony lotus, experiencing the unique and extraordinary scenery of Jinshan. Within the Jinshan District, at Qing Shui Agricultural Land, Huangqing Bridge, and along Taiwan Provincial Highway 2 (40.5 km), you can see the peony lotuses in full bloom and smell the subtle fragrance of the lotus flowers. The petals of the peony lotus range from dozens to hundreds, and due to their large size resembling peonies, they are named peony lotus. The blooming period for Jinshan peony lotus is approximately from mid-June to August each year. Visitors wishing to appreciate the lotuses are encouraged to take advantage of the blooming period.
