Jinguangliao Creek Bike Path Introduction
The Jinguangliao Stream Bicycle Path can be divided into two sections: from the riverside suspension bridge to the Jinxi Police Station, and from the Jinxi Police Station to the terminal station at Jiuxiugen Riverside Park, with a round trip of approximately 22.1 kilometers. The outbound route includes uphill sections, so it's recommended to prepare water, dry food, and other supplies before setting off. Along the way, the Jinguangliao Stream Bicycle Path features the winding scenery of the Jinguangliao Stream, passing through the separated fish-viewing bicycle path, allowing cyclists to ride without worrying about vehicle traffic. Continuing forward, you will pass the Jinguangliao Iron Horse New Paradise, the landscapes of tea plantations, and the Jinguangliao Fish Fern Trail, which is a popular summer spot for cooling off and playing in the water. Its tranquil atmosphere, rich fern ecology on the rocky cliffs, and abundant fish in the stream have led to it being recommended by Lonely Planet as a worthy outdoor trail for travelers since 2017.
