This spot also offers the best elevated view for observing the fish swimming below; from above, one can see that the area beneath the bridge is teeming with shimmering fish, their density astonishing visitors. It has now become a must-visit destination for tourists. The efforts to protect the river ecosystem in Pinglin have indeed yielded remarkable results. Many tourists come equipped with fish food and bread to toss to the fish from the bridge. While the local government has not prohibited this, it is still important to remind visitors not to throw garbage into the river, as it not only pollutes the water source but could also harm the fish if ingested.
