Beigang pilgrimage must pass through the Wu-Cuo Mazu New Xing Mazu Association, which is dedicated to Mazu and belongs to the Mazu Association format. The association is located in Xiluo Wu-Cuo and has positions such as president, vice president, and annual incense master. The incense of Mazu is derived from the Chaoxing Temple (Wu-Cuo Mazu) within the settlement, and the pilgrimage to Chaoxing Temple to pay respects to the ancestors is an annual grand event.
