The Wu Cuo Mazu New Deity Association, located in Xiluo, is the main temple dedicated to Mazu, of the Mazu Association form. It has positions such as president, vice president, and the year-incense master. The Mazu incense fire is a spiritual division from the Chao Hing Temple (Wu Cuo Mazu) within the community, and the pilgrimage to the Chao Hing Temple for ancestor worship and incense burning is an annual grand event.

The Wu-Cuo Mazu Association, which is dedicated to the worship of Mazu, is a key stop for the Beigang Pilgrimage. It is organized in the form of a Mazu Association, with its headquarters located in Wu-Cuo, Xiluo. The association has positions such as president, vice president, and annual incense master. The incense offerings for Mazu are derived from the Chaoxing Temple (Wu-Cuo Mazu) in the community, and visiting Chaoxing Temple to pay respects and present incense is an annual grand event.
