Hung Lu Qi Temple, also known as Xiluo Gong Xiao Palace, is dedicated to Zhong Kui, a legendary figure with a fascinating backstory. Over a hundred years ago, the homes in the Xincuo Village frequently caught fire for no reason. The villagers invited the matriarch of Xiluo Guangfu Palace to come and seek guidance. Following her instructions, they discovered that the village was situated on a "Hung Lu Qi穴" (a special geomantic location), and they needed to worship the Demon Subduing Emperor to relieve the disasters and misfortunes.

The Holoqi Temple, also known as the Xiluo Gongxiao Palace, enshrines Zhong Kui. Its origin is quite legendary. More than a century ago, houses in the Xin Zhu Village frequently caught fire for no apparent reason. The villagers invited the matriarch of the Xiluo Guangfu Temple to come and inquire. According to her instructions, this village was a "Holoqi site," and it was necessary to worship the Demon Subduing Emperor to dispel disasters and misfortunes.
