Wu Cuo Zhao Xing Temple Introduction
Wu Cuo Mazu is a historical site rich in local development. Although it is named Wu Cuo, the predominant clan in the settlement is the Liao family. The center of faith is the Chao Hing Temple, which enshrines Mazu, commonly known as Wu Cuo Mazu. It is said that this temple was built during the Qianlong period and is the second one among the Seven Kahn of Xiluo. In recent years, there has been an active revival of the "Seven Kahn Procession to Mazu," which involves parading through 25 villages in the Seven Kahn area.
