Wu Cuo Zhao Xing Temple Introduction
Wu Cuo Mazu is a historical site that reflects the local land development. Although it is known as Wu Cuo, the predominant surname in the settlement is Liao. The religious center is the Chaoxing Temple, which is dedicated to Mazu, commonly referred to as Wu Cuo Mazu. It is said that the temple was built during the Qianlong period and is the second embedding among the seven K’an in Xiluo. In recent years, there has been an active revival of the event "Seven K’an Welcomes Mazu," which involves a pilgrimage to 25 villages within the seven K’an.
