Wu Cuo Ma is a historical site filled with local agricultural development. Although it is named Wu Cuo, the settlement is primarily populated by the Liao family. The center of belief is the Chaoxing Temple, which is dedicated to Ma Zu, commonly referred to as Wu Cuo Ma. This temple is said to have been established during the Qianlong period and is categorized as the second temple among the seven temples of Xiluo. In recent years, there has been an active revival of the "Seven Temples Welcoming Matsu" procession, which visits 25 villages in the area.

Wu Cuo Mazu is deeply rooted in local agricultural development and history. Although the settlement is named Wu Cuo, the Liao clan is the predominant family in the area. The center of worship, Zhao Xing Gong, is dedicated to Mazu, commonly referred to as Wu Cuo Mazu. The temple is said to have been established during the Qianlong period and is the second of the Seven Kancans of Xiluo. In recent years, efforts have been made to revive the tradition of "Seven Kancans Welcoming Mazu," with a pilgrimage spanning 25 villages.
