The Guanyin Bodhisattva, who is revered for saving all sentient beings and can answer all questions, is located in Xia Nan Li. The main deity is Guanyin Bodhisattva, and during the Qing-Dynasty Zheng period, the devotion of the disciples moved the Buddha, leading to the request for the Buddha to reside in Xia Nan Li from Lake Mountain Rock. The temple has been established for over a hundred years. Throughout this century, the people of Xia Nan Li have consulted the deity for various matters, including weddings, funerals, celebrations, healing, and house-moving. It serves as a religious base for the village and is a shared memory of the people of Xia Nan Li.
