The facility covers an area of 1.72 hectares and the main venue is divided into three areas: the first floor, the second floor, and the basement. Inside, there are multifunctional courts for badminton, tennis, and basketball, as well as classrooms for table tennis, aerobics, taekwondo, and martial arts, offering various sports specialized courses. The center also provides meeting rooms, changing rooms, and shower facilities for students. It serves as a location for the public to engage in sports and indoor athletic competitions. Banshu Sports Center features New Taipei City's first gym specifically designed for individuals with disabilities, equipped with wheelchair-accessible hydraulic equipment and several professional coaches. The parking layout outside the center is designed for accessibility, and shuttle bus services are provided to enhance the experience for individuals with disabilities. Additionally, specially planned hand-pedaled vehicle rental stations and hand-pedaled bike lanes are available, allowing wheelchair users to engage in outdoor activities, promoting the concept of equal access to sports.
