The total area covers 1.72 hectares, with the main venue divided into three sections: the first floor, the second floor, and a basement level. The facility includes multi-purpose courts for badminton, tennis, and basketball, as well as classrooms for table tennis, rhythm exercises, Taekwondo, and martial arts, offering various specialized sports classes. It also features conference rooms, changing rooms, and shower facilities for participants. The complex serves as a venue for public recreational activities and various indoor sports competitions. It boasts New Taipei City's first gym exclusively for persons with disabilities, equipped with hydraulic equipment specialized for wheelchairs and several professional trainers. The parking layout outside the venue has been designed for accessibility, and shuttle bus services are provided to enhance the sports experience for individuals with disabilities. Additionally, specially planned hand-powered vehicle rental stations and hand-cycle paths allow wheelchair users to engage in outdoor activities, promoting the concept of sports equity.
