Dahan River Bike Path Introduction
The Dahan River Bike Path spans across various districts of New Taipei City, with multiple riverside parks and bike paths established on both the left and right banks of the Dahan River. The left bank bike path connects to Xinzhuang, Shulin, and Yingge. Along the bike path from Houjiang Weir via the Ganyuan Overpass, cyclists will be welcomed by the beautiful Taiwan acacia trees, known for their four colors of flowers, lining the sides. Continuing on will lead to the Sanying Rental Station in the Sanying Taohua Yuan, where you can return your bike and follow the wide wooden stairs to the next attraction, the "East Ying Story Trail." The right bank starts at the Huajiang Bridge in Banqiao and extends all the way to Tucheng. Although the bike ride is 12 kilometers, the scenery along the riverbank is quite charming. For those with good stamina, the left bank bike path also connects to the Erchong Circular Bike Path, Bali Left Bank Bike Path, or the Golden Coast Bike Path, while the right bank bike path connects to the Xindian River Bike Path.
