Yangmingshan Xinhai Restoration Building Introduction
One of the landmarks of Yangming Park, the Xinhai Guangfu Building, is nestled in a dense forest. It is a magnificent two-story building in Chinese style, constructed in the 60th year of the Republic of China to commemorate the 60th anniversary of the Xinhai Revolution. Located in the center of Yangming Park, it is the best place for relaxation and enjoying the view of the Taipei basin. The pond in front of the building is home to various koi fish, and the balcony above is a favorite spot for children to feed the fish. With its ornate wooden beams and traditional Chinese design, the building is steeped in history and elegance, embodying numerous cultural references and thoughtful elements. Within Guangfu Building, there is a gift shop selling local souvenirs. During the flower season, the area around Guangfu Building is filled with vibrant cherry blossoms, and walking under the corridor to admire the flowers while watching the clouds and blossoms dance is a truly delightful experience.
