Lintian Shan Forestry Culture Park Introduction
The Lin Tian Shan Forest is historically known as "Little Shanghai" and is called Morisaka (Japanese pronunciation). It is famous for being the best-preserved logging base. Although the former glory of Lin Tian Shan has faded, the park features a variety of logging tools, traditional firefighting equipment, and a rich collection of artifacts. It also retains a large-scale Zhongshan Hall and a group of Japanese cypress buildings. With its strong forestry history, Lin Tian Shan has become a cultural site that tourists must visit when traveling through the Hualien-Taitung Valley.
