Sandimen Cultural Museum Introduction

The Sandimen Cultural Center is located within Zhongshan Park, directly across from the Sandimen Township Office. This site is a shrine that has been preserved since the Japanese colonial period, designed in the shape of a stone-roofed building, showcasing distinct local ethnic characteristics. Inside the center, various forms of local artistic creations are gathered, and thematic exhibitions are held periodically to promote local cultural features and industries. The center is divided into areas such as the “Cultural Relics Display Area,” “Viewing Room,” and “Art Exhibition Space.” In the left plaza, visitors can see a large installation art piece made up of glass beads, pottery, and bronze knives, while the grassy area on the right serves as a viewing platform. By ascending to the second floor of the viewing platform, one can enjoy a distant view of the mountains and streams within Sandimen. It is recommended to spend about 1 hour here. Please note that the viewing room on the second floor is only open for use during relevant courses or activities in Sandimen Township.
