Sandimen Cultural Museum Introduction

The Sandimen Cultural Center is located within Zhongshan Park (across from Sandimen Township Office). The site is a shrine that has been preserved since the Japanese colonial period, designed in the style of a slate-roofed house, which showcases the unique characteristics of the local ethnic groups. The center also gathers various forms of local artistic creations and periodically launches themed exhibitions to promote local cultural features and industries. The interior is divided into areas such as the "Cultural Relics Display Area," "Viewing Room," and "Art Exhibition Space." In the left plaza, there is a large installation art made of glass beads, ceramic pots, and bronze knives, while the lawn on the right serves as a viewing platform. From the second floor of the viewing platform, visitors can enjoy a panoramic view of the mountains and streams within Sandimen. It is recommended to spend about one hour there, and please note that the second-floor viewing room is only open for use during relevant courses or activities related to Sandimen Township.
