Meilun Mountain Trail Introduction
The entrance to the Meilun Mountain Trail is located next to the Ciyou Temple on the street of the Bulao Hot Spring area in Liouguei District. The trail is approximately 5.7 kilometers long, with the first 4 kilometers primarily following a forestry road. Along the way, visitors will pass two viewing platforms, a tea factory, tea fields, and plum orchards. There are viewing platforms at the 1-kilometer and 2-kilometer marks, providing resting spots for tourists to enjoy the cool breeze while overlooking the Bulao Hot Spring area, Laonong River Valley, and surrounding mountains. During the peak blooming season, the trail offers beautiful scenery of tea fields and plum blossoms, with enticing scents of tea and plum in the air, making it a distinctive spot to hike and connect with nature on weekends while enjoying a hot spring to relieve fatigue and stress. A round trip on the trail takes about 4.5 hours. It is advised that those with less physical stamina may return after reaching the tea fields.
