Meilun Mountain Trail Introduction
The entrance to the Meilun Mountain Trail is located next to Ciyou Temple on the street of the Bulao Hot Spring area in Liugui District. The trail is approximately 5.7 kilometers long, with the first 4 kilometers primarily following an industrial forest road. Along the way, visitors will pass two observation decks, a tea manufacturing facility, tea plantations, and a plum blossom garden. There are observation decks located at the 1-kilometer and 2-kilometer marks where tourists can rest, enjoy the breeze, and overlook the Bulao Hot Spring area surrounded by green mountains, the Laonong River Valley, and the nearby peaks. During peak blooming seasons, the trail offers beautiful views of tea gardens and plum blossoms, with the fragrance of tea and plums in the air, making it a unique experience. It is suitable for hiking and getting close to nature on weekends, while also providing an opportunity to soak in the hot springs to relieve tiredness and stress. The complete round-trip takes about 4.5 hours, and it is advised that those with lower stamina can turn back upon reaching the tea plantation.
