Dongxi Bridge Introduction
Dongxi Bridge is located on Provincial Highway 27 in Liugui District, measuring 131 meters in length and 7 meters in width. It was destroyed by the flood of Laonong River caused by Typhoon Mindulle in 2004, which disrupted local transportation. Subsequently, China Steel Corporation donated funds for reconstruction, and the bridge was completed in 2005, continuing to serve the transportation needs of the people in Liugui District. From Provincial Highway 27, the crimson arched bridge resembles a basket handle, radiating endless vitality under the clear and boundless sky. It is recommended to stop here for about 10 minutes to enjoy the scenic views of the stream on both sides of the bridge.
