Dongxi Bridge Introduction
Dongxi Bridge is located on Provincial Highway No. 27 in Liugui District, with a total length of 131 meters and a width of 7 meters. Due to the impact of Typhoon Mindulle in 2004, the Laonong River surged and destroyed the bridge, causing local traffic disruption. It was later reconstructed with the aid of donations from China Steel Corporation and was completed in 2005, continuing to serve the local community for transportation. From Provincial Highway No. 27, the bridge appears as a crimson arch, resembling a basket handle, radiating endless vitality under the clear and vast sky. It is suggested to stay here for about 10 minutes to enjoy the scenic views of the streams on both sides of the bridge.
