Taiwan Tourmaline Avenue Introduction
The two rows of Taiwan acacia trees along the right bank of Dongluo River (from Dema Bridge to County Road 148) create a 1.5-kilometer-long green tunnel, showcasing different appearances throughout the four seasons. In spring, they are lush and vibrant; from September to October, they are in full bloom, with yellow petals falling like golden rain. As the petals drop, they give way to fruits that transition from bright red to deep red and eventually to purplish-red. The timing of blooming and fruiting is varied, adorning the Taiwan acacias in a colorful display. Late summer to early autumn is the most beautiful moment for the green tunnel. After enjoying the flowers, visitors can indulge in the popular and highly-rated dish, Xihu Lamb Hot Pot, or experience DIY noodle-making culture at Wu's Noodle House.
