Guoshengpu Base Introduction
Guoshengpu Base is located next to Cape Yehliu, adjacent to Yehliu Geopark, connecting to Jinshan Cape and Tiao Shi Coast in the west, and Emerald Bay in the east. It features mountain and sea landscapes and rich ecology. Guoshengpu was once a military coastal defense control point closed to the public. After relinquishing its national defense duties in line with the times, the idle land and abandoned barracks were legally allocated to the Beiguan Office in April 2016. The base preserves elements of the coast guard post and bunker, revitalizing the appearance and interior of the old barracks. The local team, Shan Hai Fang Yuan, has set up to provide distinctive dining services, serving as a connectivity point between Jinshan and Yehliu. Visitors are welcome to Guoshengpu Base to enjoy delicious food, overlook Cape Yehliu, the Datun Mountain Range, and coastal landforms, and experience the healing atmosphere of Yehliu's most beautiful secret places.
