Guoshengpu Base Introduction
Guoshengpu Base is located next to Yehliu Cape, adjacent to Yehliu Geopark, to the west connects with Jinshan Cape and Tiaoshih Coast, and to the east connects with Emerald Bay, featuring both mountainous and marine landscapes along with rich ecology. Guoshengpu was once a military coastal defense control point that was not open to the public. After relinquishing its national defense duties in response to changing times, the idle land and abandoned barracks were legally allocated by the North Coastal National Scenic Area Administration in April 2016. The base retains elements of the coast guard post and bunker, revitalizing the appearance and interior of the old barracks. The local team, Shanhai Fangyuan, has taken over to provide特色 餐飲 services, making it a connecting service point linking Jinshan area to Yehliu. You are welcome to visit Guoshengpu Base to enjoy delicious food while gazing at Yehliu Cape, the Datun Mountain Range, and coastal erosion landscapes, experiencing the healing effects of Yehliu’s most beautiful secret spot.
