Chao Kou Platform Introduction
If you want to experience kayaking in Dapeng Bay, don't miss the new recreational site, the "Gong Er Platform." Here, you can participate in the most popular "Mangrove Exploration Water Recreation Activities," such as kayaking, banana boat rides, and stand-up paddleboarding (SUP), among other exciting experiences. The artificial wetland of Dapeng Bay covers an area of approximately 50 hectares, featuring the restoration of Taiwan's representative mangrove species. The length of the waterway is about 500 meters, with different varieties of dense mangroves growing on both sides. You can also find abundant fiddler crabs and mudskippers hiding within, showcasing the wonders of nature. Interested visitors who want to experience kayaking, banana boats, or SUP are welcome to contact the operators for reservations. The water recreation activity operator is Dapeng Bay Xihu Cafe Square. The operating hours are from Wednesday to Sunday, 09:30-17:30, with Monday and Tuesday closed (excluding holidays and group reservations).
