The Ehipassiko Hall is located at the end of Mingyilao Street outside the North Gate of Kinmen City, facing the street. As a temple outside the North Gate, it enshrines the North Emperor and primarily worships the Supreme Emperor of the North, King Weng and Queen Niang, the Earth God, and Lord Wu, along with the worship of four military generals.
