The Huiliang Temple is located at the end of Mingyilao Street outside the North Gate of Kinmen City, facing the street. As it is a temple located outside the North Gate, it worships Beiyue Da Di, as well as the North Polar Xuantiang Tian Emperor, Wang Gong Wang Niang, Chi Wang Ye, and Wu Wang Ye, with four military generals also honored.
