Ye Huacheng Memorial House (Ye Huacheng Wine History Museum) Introduction
The former residence of Yeh Huacheng is a two-story traditional southern Fujian-style building. After its renovation, the Jinjao Museum showcases the history of Jin liquor, its cultural significance, its role in daily life, as well as themes related to brewing, distillation, fermentation, and bottling. It is undoubtedly a venue rich in cultural connotations that helps both foreign visitors and local residents understand the history of Jin liquor culture in Taiwan, which has grown into a successful industry worth billions, spanning military and civil governance periods to the present day.
