Yeh Hwa-Cheng Former Residence (Yeh Hwa-Cheng Wine History Museum) Introduction
The Ye Huacheng Residence is a two-floor large house, representing typical Minnan architecture. After renovations, the Jioufen Distillery Museum showcased the history of Jinjiu's development, Jinjiu and culture, Jinjiu and daily life, as well as themes like brewing, distilling, cultivating koji, and bottling. It is a culturally rich venue that helps both incoming tourists and local residents understand the Jinjiu culture, which has evolved through military and civilian governance, and has become a well-known industry in Taiwan generating billions in revenue today.
