Yeh Hwa-Cheng's Residence is a two-story traditional building that is not only a representative example of Minnan architecture but has also been renovated to include a distillery museum showcasing the history of Jin liquor, the cultural significance of Jin liquor, its relationship with daily life, and themes such as brewing, distillation, fermentation, and bottling. It offers a rich cultural experience that helps both visitors and local residents understand the development of Jin liquor culture in Taiwan, which has thrived from military and civil governance periods to today, generating revenues of billions.
