Yeh Hwa-Cheng Residence (Yeh Hwa-Cheng Liquor Museum) Introduction
The Yeh Hua-Cheng Former Residence is a two-story building that represents traditional Minnan architecture. After renovations, the distillery museum exhibits the history of Jin liquor, its relationship with culture and daily life, as well as themes such as brewing, distillation, fermentation, and bottling. It is expected to be a venue rich in cultural connotations, helping both external visitors and local residents understand the development of the Jin liquor culture, which has evolved through military and civil government periods to its current status as a well-known industry in Taiwan with revenues in the billions.
