Yeh Hwa-cheng Former Residence (Yeh Hwa-cheng Wine History Museum) Introduction
Ye Hua-Cheng Former Residence is a traditional two-story, six-room building, which is not only a representative of Minnan-style architecture but also houses a liquor museum after renovations. The museum displays the history of Jin Liquor, its relationship with culture, everyday life, as well as themes such as brewing, distillation, fermentation, and bottling. It is certainly a venue rich in cultural connotations, helping both foreign visitors and local residents understand the development of the Jin Liquor culture, which has thrived from military and civil governance to today’s billion-dollar industry, recognized as a symbol of Taiwan.
