Kinmen Kaoliang Liquor, officially known as Kinmen Kaoliang Liquor Inc., abbreviated as KKL, is a company in Kinmen County primarily engaged in the production and sale of sorghum liquor, owned by the Kinmen County Government. Kinmen Kaoliang Liquor uses locally produced "dryland sorghum" and sweet spring water from Baoyue Spring to brew the liquor using traditional methods, resulting in a unique flavor that is rich, sweet, and refreshing, earning it international acclaim.
