Kinmen Distillery, officially known as Kinmen Distillery Co., Ltd., abbreviated as KKL, is a company in Kinmen County that mainly produces and sells sorghum liquor. It is a public enterprise owned by the Kinmen County Government. Kinmen sorghum liquor uses the locally grown "dryland sorghum" along with the sweet water from the Baoyue Spring, employing traditional brewing methods to create a fragrant, mellow, sweet, and crisp sorghum liquor, which has a unique flavor that enjoys international acclaim.
