Kinmen Kaoliang Liquor Inc. Introduction
Kinmen Distillery, officially known as Kinmen Distillery Industrial Co., Ltd. and abbreviated as KKL, is a company in Kinmen County primarily engaged in the production and sales of Kaoliang liquor. It is a publicly-owned enterprise under the Kinmen County Government. Kinmen Kaoliang liquor is made from the local specialty "dryland sorghum" and the sweet water from the Baoyue Spring, using traditional ancient methods to brew a fragrant, mellow, sweet, and crisp liquor, which has a unique flavor recognized internationally. Kaoliang liquor represents the historic forging of Kinmen and has always been the most famous product of the region, making it an excellent souvenir.
