Kinmen Distillery, formally known as Kinmen Distillery Corporation, abbreviated as KKL, is a company in Kinmen County that primarily produces and sells sorghum liquor. It is a state-owned enterprise owned by the Kinmen County government. Kinmen sorghum liquor uses the locally grown 'dryland sorghum' and sweet water from the Baoyue Spring, employing traditional brewing methods to create fragrant, mellow, sweet, and pure sorghum liquor, which has a unique flavor renowned internationally.
