Kinmen Distillery, officially known as Kinmen Distillery Corporation and abbreviated as KKL, is a company in Kinmen County that primarily produces and sells sorghum liquor. It is a state-owned enterprise operated by the Kinmen County Government. Kinmen sorghum liquor is made from the locally grown "dryland sorghum" and sweet water from the Baoyu Spring, brewed using traditional methods to create a fragrant, mellow, sweet, and crisp liquor with a unique flavor recognized internationally. Sorghum liquor represents the historical craftsmanship of Kinmen and has always been its most famous product, making it the best souvenir.
