Boss Lin, as a no-menu chef, is dedicated to developing the tastes unique to Zhuwei Fishing Port, hoping that each meal becomes a beautiful memory. Boss Lin mentioned that many people mistakenly think that my restaurant, named Sanben, is a Japanese cuisine restaurant; in fact, it commemorates a Japanese chef who once taught me. Besides Japanese cuisine, I can also prepare a diverse range of dishes, including Hakka, Minnan, and Jiangzhe cuisines. Continually improving and innovating to meet customers' expectations, whether it’s braised sea cucumber or steamed small lobsters, sliced black tuna or stir-fried kidney with sesame oil, Boss Lin can create dishes that are visually appealing and flavorful. "It all relies on trust; many regular customers hardly order. After discussing a price range, they just let me take creative freedom.
