The origin of the name of the 2020 Golden Award-winning restaurant "Da Ma Hot Pot" is often misunderstood; many people think it refers to adding cannabis to the broth. In fact, it’s not! The owners hope that through ingredients, the environment, and service, they can make customers addicted to dining in their restaurant and encourage repeat visits. The homemade fish paste, a first in Taiwan, looks almost like a dessert. It is made using dragon fruit grown in Guanyin and locally sourced carrots, providing customers with a unique experience that satisfies both their taste buds and their visual senses while enjoying hot pots!
