Founded by the Hsu brothers in 1983, this restaurant is dedicated to the love and passion for traditional Lukang street food. They meticulously select fat, fresh squid imported from Argentina, removing the skin to minimize any fishy odor, resulting in thick, crispy, and delicious meat. The signature meat broth is made from fresh fish paste and freshly slaughtered pork heart meat, combined with top-quality ingredients such as crunchy bamboo shoots from Fenqihu, wood ear mushrooms, and squid. When served, a few crispy fried pork pieces are added on top for an aromatic finish.
