Luzaigang Squid Meat Soup Introduction
In 1983, the Hsu brothers founded the restaurant based on their love and passion for Lukang's traditional snacks. They carefully selected imported Argentine squid, which is skinless to reduce the fishy taste, and features thick, crispy, and delicious meat. The fresh fish paste is paired with exclusive meat stew made from freshly slaughtered pork shoulder, along with fresh and high-quality ingredients such as crunchy bamboo shoots from Fenqihu, wood ears, and squid. When served, they add two or three pieces of crispy fried meat on top, creating an aromatic experience. A steaming bowl of squid meat stew is the restaurant's most popular signature snack and is also the most accessible traditional snack from Lukang.
