Chef Hong, originally learned at "Taipei Yadu Pastry Bakery" and served as a pastry chef at "Marco Polo Bakery" in Taipei, has been in the baking industry for twenty years. Missing everything from his hometown of Lugang while living abroad, he resolutely resigned from his job in Taipei and returned to his hometown to be with his family.
