Master Hung's Prosperous Bakery Introduction
Master Hong, originally trained at "Taipei Yadu Pastry Bakery" and worked as a pastry chef at "Marco Polo Bakery" in Taipei, has been in the baking industry for over twenty years. Missing everything about his hometown of Lugang while living in a foreign land, he resolutely resigned from his job in Taipei to return to his hometown and be with his family.
