Lukang Pork Skin King Introduction
On the old street of Lugang, there is a shop sign that reads "Professional Pork Skin - Lugang Pork Skin King." This shop has been a family business passed down for three generations in Lugang, and all the pork skins are made using traditional hand-crafted methods of frying pork skin.
