eCoffee originated from a small coffee shop. The owners are both coffee enthusiasts who often travel from north to south to compare different coffee experiences. They felt that imported brand coffees are often positioned as high-priced beverages, with some costing over a hundred NT dollars yet not necessarily tasting good, while cheaper coffees in the market often do not meet quality standards. Driven by their love for coffee, they began developing their own, resulting in the affordable and delicious eCoffee. The name eCoffee signifies their ambition to become the leading chain coffee brand; the 'e' stands for the coolest coffee shop of the e-era. After years of hard work, eCoffee has established itself as a leading brand in the chain coffee market.
