They realized that many foreign brands position their coffee as high-priced items, costing over a hundred NT dollars yet often lacking in taste, while the low-priced coffee available on the market was of even poorer quality. Driven by their passion for coffee, they set out to develop a blend that was both affordable and delicious, leading to the creation of Yi Coffee. The name Yi Coffee signifies their ambition to become the number one coffee chain, and the English name eCoffee represents the coolest coffee shop of the e-era. After years of effort, Yi Coffee has established itself as a leading brand in the coffee chain market.
