Taipei Xiaolongbao Introduction
The handmade soup dumpling "A-Bao" is the signature dish of our restaurant. We carefully select fresh long green onions, vibrant cabbage, and daily slaughtered pork, blended in a golden ratio of 30% fat to 70% lean meat. The mixture is continuously beaten and stirred in a clockwise direction. Our unique dough is made from a semi-fermented 4C pressed dough, resulting in thin and chewy skins for each soup dumpling, bursting with juiciness and flavor.
