Hsu Mei Chien Bakery Introduction
Founded nearly 40 years ago, Xu Mei Zhen Pastry Shop is located in the rural Sanhe Village. There have been inquiries to the owner asking, “Who would buy from such a remote place?” However, with the owner’s commitment to creating delicious wedding cakes and insistence on quality ingredients, the shop gradually gained popularity, attracting customers from as far as Taipei and Kaohsiung. Some customers who chose Xu Mei Zhen wedding cakes for their weddings now return for their children’s weddings. The owner’s second son, after years of learning at a well-known bakery in Lugang, opened a branch on Coastal Road in Fuxing two years ago.
