Hsu Mei Tart Shop Introduction
Established nearly 40 years ago, Xu Mei Zhen Cake Shop is located in the relatively rural Sanhe Village. There were even people who asked the owner: "Who are you selling to in such a remote place?" However, with the owner's commitment to producing delicious wedding cakes and insisting on using genuine ingredients, the shop gradually gained recognition, and now people come from as far as Taipei and Kaohsiung to order wedding cakes. Those who had their wedding cakes made by Xu Mei Zhen are now returning to order cakes for their children’s weddings. The owner’s second son studied at a well-known bakery in Lukang for several years, and two years ago, the owner opened a coastal branch on Fuxing Coastal Road. In addition to the originally famous wedding cakes, the shop now also offers daily baked goods such as bread and cakes. Our commitment to deliciousness and health remains unwavering, and we hope to share that with you.
