Hsi Mei Zhen Pastry Shop Introduction
Established for nearly 40 years, Xu Mei Zhen Cake Shop is located in the more rural Sanhe Village. There was once a customer who asked the owner, "Who are you selling to in such a remote place?" However, the owner's commitment to making delicious wedding cakes and insisting on quality ingredients gradually increased the shop's reputation, attracting customers from as far as Taipei and Kaohsiung to order wedding cakes. Many couples who had their wedding cakes made by Xu Mei Zhen now return for their children's weddings. The owner's second son studied for several years at a well-known bakery in Lugang, and two years ago, the owner opened a branch on Coastal Road in Fuxing.
