Founded nearly 40 years ago, Hsu Mei Chen Cake Shop is located in the relatively rural Sanhe Village. There was even someone who asked the owner, "Who are you selling to in such a remote place?" However, the owner has adhered to the principle of making delicious wedding cakes with high-quality ingredients, gradually gaining recognition, with orders coming from as far as Taipei and Kaohsiung. Many couples who ordered Hsu Mei Chen wedding cakes for their weddings now return to order cakes for their children’s weddings as they grow up. The owner's second son studied for several years at a well-known bakery in Lugang, and two years ago, the owner opened a branch along the coastal road in Fuxing. In addition to the original well-known wedding cakes, the shop now also offers daily made bread, cakes, and other products.
