The chef from Italy, after becoming a son-in-law in Changhua, returned to Lukang with his wife to open a restaurant, hoping to let everyone taste genuine Italian cuisine. We use a certified oven from the Neapolitan Pizza Association to bake pizzas at 500 degrees, resulting in a leopard-patterned chewy texture that is definitely worth a try."
