The chef, originally from Italy, has settled in Changhua with his wife and opened a restaurant in Lukang, hoping to let everyone taste genuine and authentic Italian cuisine. We use a certified oven from the Associazione Verace Pizza Napoletana, baking pizzas at 500 degrees to achieve the characteristic leopard-spot, chewy texture that is absolutely worth a try."
