To the north of Lugang is the Tianhou Temple, and to the south is the Dizang Wang Temple, representing the settlement communities' beliefs in the heavenly and earthly deities of northern and southern Lugang. The worship of Dizang Wang is highly valued in Lugang, and during the Ghost Festival, this temple experiences a peak in incense offerings, with grand rituals taking place. The usually closed doors open for this occasion, and the "Yulan Pen Festival" is held until nightfall. The Dizang Wang Temple is oriented eastward, featuring a three-room, two-section style. It was founded in the second year of the Kangxi era (1663 AD) as a small earthen temple. In the 22nd year of Kangxi (1683 AD), it was rebuilt as a brick temple. It has been 343 years since then, and the temple primarily enshrines Dizang Wang Bodhisattva, along with other deities such as the Guardian of the Land, Zhuseng Niangniang, and the Ten Kings of Hell. The layout consists of two halls and two corridors, with the main hall dedicated to Dizang Wang Bodhisattva, and the side niches dedicated to the Guardian of the Land and Zhuseng Niangniang. The temple also houses a statue of Dizang Wang from the Jiaqing era and a plaque from the fourth year of the Guangxu era (1878 AD) bearing the inscription "Tianzhu Zunyuan," along with the "Donation Tablet of the Chongxing Jingyi Yuan" established in the 23rd year of Jiaqing on the right wall.

The usually closed doors of the temple are opened for the occasion, and the "Yulanpen Festival" is conducted until the evening when the festivities conclude.
