Zheng Yuzhen (Longshan Store) Introduction
Founded in the 13th year of the Guangxu era, "Fengyan Cake" is a product developed by our ancestor Zheng Chui, which won the Gold Medal Award in Tokyo during the Taisho era of Japanese rule. Pastries such as Crispy Cake, Phoenix Puff, Stone Flower Cake, Pineapple Cake, and Mung Bean Cake have also won gold medals in food competitions during the Japanese occupation.
