Zheng Yuzhen (Longshan Store) Introduction
Founded in the 13th year of the Guangxu Emperor of the Qing Dynasty, "Feng Yan Cake" was developed by our ancestor Zheng Chui and won the Gold Medal award in Tokyo during the Taisho Era of Japanese rule (15th year). Other pastries such as flaky cake, phoenix pastry, stone flower cake, pineapple cake, and mung bean cake have also won gold medals for food during the Japanese occupation.
