Zheng Yuzhen (Longshan Store) Introduction
Founded in the 13th year of the Guangxu reign of the Qing Dynasty, "Fengyan Cake" is a product developed by our ancestor Zheng Chui. In the Taisho era of Japanese rule, it won a gold medal in Tokyo. Other snacks such as flaky pastries, phoenix pastries, shihua cake, pineapple cakes, and mung bean cakes also won gold medals during the Japanese occupation.
