Zheng Yuzhen (Longshan Store) Introduction
Founded in the 13th year of the Guangxu era, "Fengyan Cake" was developed by our ancestor Zheng Chui, and in the 15th year of the Taisho era, it won the Gold Medal at the Tokyo, Japan International Exhibition. Other pastries like Crispy Cake, Phoenix Puff, Shihua Cake, Pineapple Cake, and Mung Bean Cake have also won gold medals during the Japanese colonial era.
