Zheng Yuzhen (Longshan Store) Introduction
Founded in the 13th year of the Guangxu era, "Fengyan Cake" was developed by our ancestor Zheng Chui. During the Japanese colonial period, it won the gold medal in Tokyo in the 15th year of the Taisho era. Other snacks such as flaky pastry, phoenix pastry, stone flower cake, pineapple cake, and mung bean cake also received gold medals during the Japanese occupation.
