Zheng Yuzhen (Longshan Store) Introduction
Founded in the 13th year of the Qing Dynasty's Guangxu reign, "Fengyan Cake" was developed by our ancestor Zheng Chui. It won the Gold Medal at the Tokyo Japan in the 15th year of the Taisho era during the Japanese occupation. Other pastries such as Crispy Cookies, Phoenix Pastry, Stone Flower Cake, Pineapple Cake, and Mung Bean Cake have also received gold medals for food awards during the Japanese occupation.
