Zheng Yuzhen (Longshan Branch) Introduction
Founded in the 13th year of the Guangxu era, "Fengyan Cake" is a product developed by our ancestor Zheng Chui. In the 15th year of the Taisho era during Japanese rule, it won the Gold Medal Award in Tokyo, Japan. Other snacks such as crispy biscuits, phoenix pastries, stone flower cakes, pineapple cakes, and mung bean cakes also received gold medal awards during the Japanese occupation.
