Hsieh Tung-min was the sixth Vice President of Taiwan. His former residence, originally a Sanheyuan building, was partially renovated and donated to Shih Chien University in 1972 to establish the "Shih Chien University Affiliated Ershuei Rural Home Economics Promotion Center." The residence retains traditional furniture and provides related historical introductions, making it rich in historical and cultural significance.
